All Escort products and Accessories purchased factory direct are backed by a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not absolutely delighted with your purchase, you may return it for a refund.

If you feel that your purchase just isn't right for you, please fill out the form below to determine whether your item is eligible for a refund and initiate the return process. We will get back to you with return instructions as soon as possible. Refunds are typically issued 7-10 business days from receipt.

Please note that return requests submitted outside of the 30-day guarantee period will not be honored.

**Please be sure to obtain a return authorization number before shipping your product back and clearly write it on the outside of the box. Failure to do so may result in your package being refused or cause delays in processing your refund.

We are not responsible for lost packages. We recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, Federal Express, or the United States postal service that offers insurance and tracking on shipments.
